Shipping policy

General terms and conditions for international shipping
Each item in your order is sold by “ToSanski” or the seller to whom the item is specified as sold by (“Merchant”).

Items shipped to countries outside the Netherlands may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import charges.

With respect to any item for which import charges have been assessed, you authorize ToSanski or Merchant (as applicable) to appoint a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the country of destination. , to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual import charges for such item.

"Import Fee Deposit" represents an estimate of the import fees that will be charged on the items in your order for shipping to countries outside the Netherlands. By submitting your order, you agree that ToSanski and/or Merchant (as applicable) may collect the import fee deposit for the applicable items in your order. This deposit will be used on your behalf to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import charges they have paid on your behalf to the competent authorities of the destination country.

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to ToSanski or Merchant (as applicable) the amount of actual Import Fees charged on the item you purchased from ToSanski and/or Merchant ("Actual Import Fees") . In the event that the import fee deposit exceeds the actual import cost, Amazon Export or Merchant (as applicable) will refund the difference to you.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient identified in your order.

For more information regarding actual import costs, or to obtain documentation or receipts related to customs clearance, please contact the designated carrier identified in your shipping confirmation.

These terms are in addition to the standard “Terms of Service” of the ToSanski website. Under these terms, title and risk of loss of the items pass to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

Please note that sellers participating in the International Direct program may have policies that differ from ToSanski's terms and conditions. For items purchased from a Seller, please refer to the applicable Seller's policies for any other terms that may apply to your purchase of such items.

Limits

Please note that for products shipped internationally, any manufacturer's warranty will not be valid; Manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in the languages of the destination country; the products (and associated materials) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications and labeling requirements of the destination country; and the products may not comply with the voltage of the destination country and other electrical standards (requires the use of an adapter or inverter, if applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the country of destination. When you order from ToSanski.nl, the recipient is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

We may also provide certain ordering, shipping and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be passed by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws . .

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form.

Customs authorities require that the value of the gift item is stated directly on the packaging.
