Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at sanne@tosanski.nl.

Sell items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sanne@tosanski.nl and send your item to: Blankenstraat 55 a, 1018 RR Amsterdam, Netherlands

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will return the money to the gift giver and he/she will verify that you returned it.

Send
To return your product, you must send your product to: Blankenstraat 55 a, 1018 RR Amsterdam, Netherlands

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $20, you may want to consider using a “track and trace” shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
